Who we are

Vivekshala Consultancy Services is a business consultancy serving clients in Lucknow and Delhi. We work with founders, proprietors, companies, NGOs and employers on the administrative and compliance work that sits behind a functioning business: registrations, filings, accounts, payroll, licences and HR processes.

We built the practice around a simple observation: most of these needs are connected. A company registration leads to GST and ROC work; hiring leads to payroll and labour compliance. Handling them through one coordinated engagement reduces duplicated effort, missed deadlines and fragmented advice.

How we deliver

Some work is performed directly by Vivekshala, and some is performed or reviewed by eligible professionals such as chartered accountants, company secretaries or legal professionals where the law or the work requires it. In both cases you have one point of contact, a defined scope and clear deliverables.

Where an outcome depends on a government authority, a bank, an examiner or another third party, we explain that dependency plainly. We do not promise approvals, refunds, grants or timelines that are not ours to promise.

Vivekshala serves clients in Lucknow and Delhi. Engagements typically begin by phone or email and much of the work, document exchange and review happens remotely, so location within the cities is rarely a barrier.
